Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess NAACLS clinical education, MT certification (or eligible), and plan to obtain generalist certification within two years.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of NAACLS-approved clinical education.
• MT certification required or eligible through ASCP, NCA, or equivalent.
• Generalist certification must be obtained within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory procedures as assigned.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as required.
• Assist with orientation, preceptorship, and unit management.
• Attend yearly mandatory education sessions.
