Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related scientific field.
• Passing score on Clinical Laboratory Technology Proficiency exam.
• 0–2 years of acute care laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate to high complexity lab tests accurately and efficiently.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and documents results.
• Conducts instrument checks and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoots instrument issues and notifies responsible personnel.
• Ensures lab procedures comply with safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Communicates results and anomalies with team and supervisors.
• Assists with proficiency testing and data collection for compliance.
• Collects urine drug screens and performs phlebotomy as required.
• Collaborates with the team to complete shift duties on time.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains reliable attendance.
