Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Laboratory professional to perform CLIA regulated testing and contract research. You will support sample evaluation, maintain reagents, and assist in training junior staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across testing panels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teams, accuracy in result interpretation, and dedication to patient outcomes within a comprehensive laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, molecular biology, immunology, clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or related field.
• Associate's degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years of pertinent laboratory experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLIA regulated and clinical contract research testing.
• Understand and perform to applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support sample evaluation and processing, as needed.
• Perform testing, as scheduled.
• Train staff on job-specific tasks and provide support for education of fellows, residents, students, and visitors.
