Job summary

Clinlab.AI is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) to join our team. You will perform testing across Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology and Coagulation and lead a team of technicians.

Responsibilities include building relationships with physicians, training staff, travel to neighboring labs when needed, and ensuring timely, accurate results while adhering to CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, medical technology or related life science.
• Valid California CLS license with ASCP certification.
• Min 2+ years in a clinical laboratory as a CLS.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Experience with Beckman AU/Access or Roche Cobas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing in Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, and/or Coagulation.
• Lead a team of technicians and oversee testing and coverage.
• Ensure timely and accurate testing and report results.
• Maintain quality control and compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA.
