Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in an automated clinical laboratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis of body fluids and tissues and validate data before release.
• Provide professional customer service to clinicians, staff, and patients by phone or in person.
• Conduct quality control checks and document data to ensure instrument validity and data integrity.
• Train new employees and maintain competencies and mandatory education requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
