Job summary

Pfizer Laboratory is seeking a Laboratory Analyst (Medical Technologist) to perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, and urinalysis. You will ensure quality control, assist in assay validation, and support training and data documentation.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Medical Technology with MT/MLT certification and at least 2 years’ lab experience in pharma, hospital, or research settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Technology and MLT/MT certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory work experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or medical research environment.
• Hands-on experience with computers and laboratory data handling acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, immunological and other tests per SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain calibration data.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and notify for upcoming needs.
• Data entry and monitor Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Be flexible with schedules to cover off-hours and specimen processing as needed.
