Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking an experienced clinical laboratory professional to perform routine and special tests across Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Immunoassay, Coagulation and Biomarkers, and to coordinate assigned laboratory sections.

You will lead quality control, assist in validating new assays and instrumentation, train new staff, document data in the LIS, and provide back‑up instrument operation, with potential PK sample processing and off‑hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Technology and MLT/MT certification are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience in pharma, hospital, or research environments.
• Hands-on computer/data handling experience with LIS, PIMS or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special clinical tests across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain quality control and calibration data for instruments and reagents.
• Manage inventory and order supplies; notify on upcoming needs.
• Enter data and monitor LIS; ensure proper documentation.
