Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory analyses with precision and report results.
• Operate instruments, perform QC, and verify patient IDs and specimens.
• Instruct students/new staff and document competencies.
• Maintain clean work area, manage supplies, and monitor expirations.
• Report critical values and document verbal reports per policy.
• Complete required documentation (CMR, IRA) and logs.
