Job summary

INDLABPHARM is seeking a Medical Lab Technician to perform routine and high‑complexity tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens, supporting accurate diagnosis and timely patient care. You will maintain and troubleshoot instruments, adhere to quality control standards, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide essential diagnostic information.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Laboratory Science or Military Medical Laboratory Specialist training and 0–2 years acute care

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology required
• Military Medical Laboratory Procedures course (50 weeks minimum) with MLS specialty MOS required
• 0–2 years of acute care laboratory experience required

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests accurately and efficiently with proper documentation
• Adheres to quality control protocols and analyzes data to troubleshoot out-of-range results
• Operates and maintains laboratory instruments and performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
