You will operate and maintain lab instruments, ensure quality control, and assist with phlebotomy and specimen handling in a compliant, safe environment. Qualified candidates have an associate degree in lab science or military medical lab training, and 0–2 years acute care experience.

Qualificações

• Requires Associate Degree or military lab training with 50 weeks minimum
• Experience with quality control protocols and laboratory data interpretation is preferred
• Licensure as MLT or state license where applicable is required or preferred

Responsabilidades

• Performs moderate and high-complexity tests accurately and reports results with proper documentation.
• Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory instruments and performs preventive maintenance.
• Uses lab computer systems for data entry and result reporting.
• Collects and documents chain-of-custody urine drug screens as required.
• Adheres to safety standards and uses PPE.
• Assists with phlebotomy duties and supports departmental tasks.
• Maintains accurate records and complies with regulatory standards.
• Keeps regular attendance and complies with policies.
