Job summary

You will perform automated and manual laboratory testing, process specimens, and report results according to established policies while maintaining quality control and safety standards.

The role requires an AA/AS degree, FL MLT license, national certification, and one year of clinical lab experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum requirement across all positions at FCS.
• AA/AS degree required; FL MLT license and national certification required.
• BLS certification preferred; one year of clinical lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, quality control, and reporting of results per policies.
• Record results in the electronic laboratory information system.
• Prepare specimens for transport and operate lab equipment.
• Maintain equipment and assist with training and safety procedures.
• Stock and order lab supplies; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
