• Must be able to read and write; ability to learn/use computer software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, equipment, resources and testing procedures within the lab.
• Compile QA statistics and attend departmental meetings.
• Supervise training and educational programs to include CAP and Joint Commission standards and update procedures.
• Research and provide technical support to physicians for guidance on laboratory testing and evaluate new technology.
