Qualifications

• Four years of clinical Microbiology experience or four years as CLS with subspecialties exposure.
• CA licensure as Clinical Microbiologist Scientist or CLS required.
• Board Certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience with process improvement required.
• Strong communication and leadership to ensure patient and staff cooperation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of CLS, Medical Lab Techs, and lab assistants in Microbiology.
• Provide technical oversight and data review.
• Develop department processes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
