Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Ascension SE WI-St. Francis.

This role will oversee the Core Laboratory operations and ensure tests are performed accurately and results are reported in a timely manner. You will supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel, manage daily workflow, and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP and state regulations while utilizing LIS and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemical/ biological science or clinical laboratory science
• 4+ years of lab technician experience in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Core Laboratory operations
• Ensure tests are accurately performed and reported timely
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel
• Monitor daily workflow and schedule adequate assay coverage
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and CLIA/CAP
• Maintain QA records and contribute to process improvements
• Manage payroll/documents and administrative duties as needed
