Responsibilities include supporting technologists, organizing workloads, maintaining SOPs and QC, and mentoring a team to uphold safety and accuracy in testing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences required.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years lab experience and 1–2 years supervisory preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily staff activities, orientation, and competency assessments.
• Plan, organize, and schedule duties with Laboratory Managers.
• Assist technologists and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Prioritize work to ensure timely results and reports.
• Maintain SOPs, records, and quality control documentation.
• Oversee proficiency testing and corrective actions when needed.
