Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support the Clinic Laboratory Manager on a clinical research study. You will manage critical documents and other study-related information, and facilitate the submission of documents to study teams during study initiation.

Key duties include defining and QC'ing lab packets per protocol, composing and printing emails, generating POs and reports, attending meetings, and maintaining laboratory study files.

Responsibilities

• Defines and QCs 'lab packets' per protocol to ensure all study required testing is completed.
• Provides administrative support for Clinical Laboratory which includes but is not limited to composing and printing of emails, answering laboratory related questions, creating POs reports, and any other study-related support as needed.
• Attends meetings as assigned, for both laboratory and clinic.
• Maintains laboratory study files.
• Receives and processes biological samples.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
