Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Corporate Compliance Associate II to support clinical trials across our research sites. You will ensure data quality and regulatory compliance while coordinating operational activities and maintaining essential documentation.

In this role you will work closely with monitors and sponsor representatives to uphold ICH/GCP standards, manage eCRF data entry and ISF documentation, and contribute to safer, more effective therapies reaching patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in eCRF data entry and query resolution.
• Experience maintaining ISF and study documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong time management with multiple studies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and apply medical terminology.
• Strong verbal and written communications in English.
• Bilingual skills may be required for specific positions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with monitoring visit preparation and follow-up.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance.
