• Register patients, order tests, collect samples, and assess sample acceptability.
• Process samples for testing, including centrifugation, aliquoting, storage, and shipping.
• Prepare slides, load instruments, report results, and assist with waived/point-of-care testing.
• Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and train new staff.
