Responsibilities include troubleshooting, instrument validation, SOP updates, and collaboration with vendors and clinical teams to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• Two years of related laboratory specialty experience.
• ASCP/MLS/MT or equivalent certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME within a defined laboratory specialty or service area.
• Validates new laboratory methods and equipment; maintains SOPs.
• Mentors and trains lab staff, technologists, and residents on new methods.
• Monitors quality control and ensures regulatory compliance (CAP, ISO).
• Collaborates with vendors and clinical teams to enhance diagnostics.
