Qualifications

• BS in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
• BS in chemical, physical or biological science.
• ASCP eligible or equivalent.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs test procedures accurately as described in the procedure manual.
• Verifies specimen identification and processes orders with established turnaround times.
• Follows quality control procedures and documents corrective actions.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in departmental meetings.
