Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Medical Technology, MLS, CLS, or related field.
• ASCP certification or registry eligibility and obtain within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Knows and adheres to the Organization's Mission, Vision and Values.
• Performs, records and reviews QC activities as scheduled.
• Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment.
• Verifies specimen labeling and suitability before testing.
• Performs low to high complexity testing per protocols.
• Reports test results and critical values according to protocol.
• Performs phlebotomy as needed.
• Monitors inventory and communicates supply needs.
• Completes tasks with minimal supervision.
