Responsibilities

• Rotate through Chemistry, Blood Bank, Heme/Coag, Micro and Specialty Chemistry.
• Perform and review quality control, take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and document maintenance.
• Verify specimen labeling and integrity prior to testing.
• Report results accurately and communicate critical results per protocol.
• Prioritize workload to maintain efficiency and collaborate with staff.
