Qualifications

• Active California CLS license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in Mass Spec, Chemistry or Molecular testing in a clinical lab.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex chemical analyses on biological samples with precision and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring calibration and proper function.
• Interpret and report test results in a timely manner per SOPs and QC standards.
• Develop and validate new testing procedures and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff and healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and patient care.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior laboratory staff.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of laboratory activities and findings.
