Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Completion of a NAACLS/CAAHEP/ABHES-accredited clinical practice program.
• Two to five years of post-certification clinical laboratory experience in moderate/high complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing in blood banking, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology and clinical microscopy.
• Maintain and optimize laboratory information systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, troubleshoot and optimize laboratory interfaces and data exchanges.
