Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field is required.
• Certification options include ASCP BOC/AMT generalist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate specimens for analysis and prepare them for testing.
• Select, perform, and monitor test procedures per protocol.
• Calibrate and maintain instruments; ensure quality control.
• Interpret results and report data to clinicians; communicate abnormalities.
• Work Monday–Friday; rotating weekends/holidays per schedule.
