Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical lab experience preferred.
• CLIA/compliance knowledge and attention to safety and sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and specimen handling.
• Conducts post-analytical duties such as reporting results and providing technical support.
• Completes tests accurately according to SOPs and participates in proficiency testing.
• Maintains quality controls and supports education for staff as needed.
