Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician for the Evening shift. You will perform specimen handling, test analyses, reporting, and maintain quality control under CLIA guidelines.

Requirements include a relevant Bachelor's degree in lab sciences and ASCP eligibility; 1–2 years lab experience preferred. Onsite location at 75 Francis Street with a generous sign-on bonus and pay differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a lab science field required.
• Licensure/certification preferred (ASCP).
• 1-2 years lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow lab procedures for specimen handling, testing, reporting and record-keeping.
• Maintain proficiency testing samples and ensure quality control compliance.
• Identify and report issues affecting test performance to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team and interact professionally with staff and physicians.
