Job summary

Scripps Health in La Jolla, California is seeking a benefited, full-time laboratory team member to work 10-hour night shifts, typically 10:00 PM to 8:45 AM, with weekends/holidays rotation. Position includes a $10,000 retention incentive for eligible new hires and relocation assistance up to $3,000 if moving from 100+ miles away.

Job description

This is a benefited, full time position working 10-hr night shifts generally from 10pm-8:45am three shifts per week and 10pm-7:45am one shift per week, on varied nights. Hours may vary as needed. Weekends and holidays are required on a rotating basis. Located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. Includes $10k retention incentive for eligible new hires. More details below.

This position is eligible for up to $10k in New Hire Retention Incentives and relocation up to $3k if moving from 100+ miles away.

• Candidates with less than 1 year of experience

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title

Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
