Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license required.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Clinical Laboratory areas of the Regional Laboratory.
• Coordinate activities of technical and non-technical staff and allocate resources for efficient operations.
• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate performance improvement activities for the department.
• Promote excellent customer service and ensure compliance with quality and financial standards.
• Ensure laboratory services comply with regulatory requirements and Lee Health policies.
• Participate in Regional Laboratory and system leadership functions representing the department.
