Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with basic laboratory skills.
• Phlebotomy program may substitute for direct experience.
• One year laboratory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, accession, and process laboratory specimens.
• Prepare stains, solutions, and culture media.
• Perform waived and moderately complex laboratory tests per CLIA.
• Conduct venipuncture as requested by physicians.
• Maintain accurate specimen records and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory supply inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Model professionalism and adhere to safety and infection control.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to support workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lab Director.
