Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, operational and clerical support to Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Microbiology and Processing.
• Performs phlebotomy duties including venipunctures and capillary sticks.
• Handles specimen processing, labeling, accessioning and data entry.
• Maintains specimen integrity and prioritizes orders including STAT requests.
• Performs waived and non-waived tests per lab policies.
• Ensures inventory, cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
