Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant on a per diem basis at Banner Fort Collins Medical Center in Fort Collins, CO. The role supports lab staff with specimen collection, processing, and basic testing under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, phlebotomy/CLA certification, and a valid driver’s license. DHS fingerprinting may be required; training and phlebotomy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18+ for phlebotomy.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, receipt, and process specimens; prepare samples for testing.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality; perform QC and troubleshooting.
• Assist with inventory and supply management; support cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide phlebotomy and training; help update training documents.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external customers; attend staff meetings.
