Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ if phlebotomy performed.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification required per state regulations.
• Fingerprinting certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, and process specimens; ensure proper patient and specimen ID.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and perform waived/moderate tests when allowed.
• Maintain quality, document QC, and assist with inventory and training tasks.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external customers and support staff.
