• Uses EMR/LIS to place orders, receive, route, track, label, and query test results.
• Provides clerical, administrative and customer service support to the department.
• Answers phones and communicates with nursing, physicians, couriers and patients.
• Monitors and maintains supply inventory and assists training of new associates.
