The role supports routine duties in clinical and research laboratories, assisting technical and professional staff and ensuring smooth laboratory operations with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting of results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Certification or license as required by role.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, handles, and accessions patient samples.
• Transports specimens and communicates test results timely.
• Performs specimen processing (centrifugation, aliquoting, volume measurement).
• Maintains inventory and logs per protocol.
• Generates patient reports and forwards to the proper departments/physicians.
• Serves as a lead/Back-up when Supervisor is unavailable.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and adheres to policies.
