Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory confidentiality and data handling.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, handle and accession patient samples for testing.
• Transport specimens and report results promptly.
• Process specimens and maintain inventory per protocol.
• Lead/backup when supervisor is unavailable.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguarding patient information.
• Generate and forward patient reports to appropriate departments.
