Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Cook to join our dietary team. You will work closely with a Registered Dietician to plan, prepare, and portion meals for clients and patients according to dietician-approved menus.

You will help ensure that meals meet quality, temperature, and safety standards in a structured clinical setting. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and CPR/MANDT certification; institutional cooking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/MANDT certification will be provided locally and updated as required.
• Institutional cooking experience (1-3 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish food for clients/patients following dietician approved menus and standardized recipes.
• Maintain quality through tasting, proper temperatures, and visual inspection.
• Follow menus and production guides for servings.
• Demonstrate safe food handling and sanitation per policies and procedures.
• Store unused items with proper labeling and dating.
• Report repairs or supply needs to the manager.
