Job summary

PerfectServe is seeking a Clinical Integration Analyst to design, implement, and support integrations between hospital clinical systems and the PerfectServe platform. You will serve as a subject matter expert on integration solutions and collaborate with customer technical and clinical resources and PerfectServe R&D through design, development, testing, and support.

The role requires 5+ years in a Clinical IT setting, HL7 integration experience, and proficiency with SSIS, SQL Server, Word,

Qualifications

Clinical degree with licensure and hospital operations experience.
5+ years in a Clinical IT role with enterprise-scale implementation.
Proven HL7 integration experience and strong workflow knowledge.
Proficient in SQL Server, SSIS, Word, Excel, and Lucidchart.
Knowledge of FHIR APIs, Swagger/Postman, and HIT vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME and main contact for integration solutions and clinical workflow.
Collaborate with customer IT/clinical teams to design and support integrations.
Partner with R&D on backend integration design, development, testing, and support.
Code HL7 interfaces and create flat-file integrations using SSIS.
Coordinate third-party API integrations and perform data validation.
Maintain documentation; plan interface engine upgrades and on-call support.
