Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is hiring a Clinical Integration Analyst to be the technology expert behind exceptional patient care. You will work with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to ensure the technology they rely on is available, reliable, and performing when it matters most.

You will support enterprise clinical applications, troubleshoot connectivity and printer issues, manage software deployments, and participate in projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in a hospital setting with direct patient contact and support of clinical staff in Operating Rooms, Trauma Bay, and In-Patient locations.
• Prefers Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Passion for technology and desire to learn new things.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced front-line support environment.
• A focus on the collective success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to protocols for working in the Hospital's Critical Care Units and clinical environment.
• Support clinical CCHMC applications throughout the institution; configure settings and identify systemic issues.
• Understand dataflow between systems and devices on the network.
• Provide direct technical support and second level problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolutions.
• Explain complex technical solutions clearly to users with varying technical aptitude.
• Educate Client Services team on complex issues and new technology.
