Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Digital Project Manager to own the project management and implementation process for Patient Care Solutions products, including Monitoring Solutions with IT components. You will lead customer implementations across the United States, coordinating resources and ensuring milestones are met through go-live.

The role requires strong communication of technical topics to diverse audiences, and experience managing large-scale healthcare IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in IT/digital environments.
• Experience managing large-scale healthcare system implementation projects involving data and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between GE and customer project teams with onsite support from Service & Sales.
• Define GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables per the sales contract.
• Create and maintain project implementation timelines with collaboration between customer, GE HealthCare, and resources.
• Maintain accurate milestone data for business metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Track and communicate implementation progress from kickoff to closure.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and GE targets.
• Lead implementation team during Go Live and participate in process improvements.
• Use technical experience to inform decisions and propose solutions beyond standard parameters.
• Flex between US time zones for communications, status meetings, testing, and go-live as needed.
