Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an IT Business Partner to implement and support clinical technology applications for the user community. The role advocates for user needs and coordinates requests within Information Systems & Technology, acting as a liaison among IT, clinical departments, vendors, and technical experts to ensure safe patient care.

Qualifications

• College degree in operationally related area or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in application or related systems.
• Experience in healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service lines and departments to support system users.
• Develop knowledge of system capabilities to educate users.
• Meet with department heads to identify and prioritize needs.
• Coordinate operational and capital project requests with IT.
• Provide Epic and other applications support and builds.
• Maintain documentation, release notes, testing, and implementations.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled.
