Job summary

Overlake in Bellevue, WA is seeking an IS Systems Analyst I/II to support implementation and maintenance of clinical, operational, and financial systems. The role involves project planning, liaison to departments, and ensuring system performance across hospital workloads.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have PMP or agile certification preferred, and experience with hospital information systems, SQL Server, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• PMP or agile project management certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical, business, or technology experience required.
• 1 year of experience supporting IS Applications and managing technical projects required.
• 1 year of previous work experience in an acute care hospital strongly preferred.
• Specific experience with hospital administrative, clinical, and financial systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and managing application systems and projects.
• Serve as IS liaison to assigned departments or applications, owning the technical support of their systems.
• Provide regular, concise updates to customers and IS team regarding projects and needs.
• Coordinate project planning, issue management, and communication plans; support cross-functional project teams.
