Overlake in Bellevue, WA is seeking an IS Systems Analyst I/II to support implementation and maintenance of clinical, operational, and financial systems. The role involves project planning, liaison to departments, and ensuring system performance across hospital workloads.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have PMP or agile certification preferred, and experience with hospital information systems, SQL Server, and Power BI.

The Systems Analyst applies technical and project management skills to assist in maintaining and managing application systems and projects, is a technical specialist, and consultant during and after application software system implementation. Has a good understanding of the user's environment and helps enable the user to fully maximize administrative, ancillary, nursing, and related clinical, operational and financial systems capabilities.
The Systems Analyst supports implementation and conversion plans and procedures and assists in the development and execution of training plans for all assigned user departments. Serves as IS liaison to assigned departments or applications, owns the technical support of their systems, provides regular, concise, clear feedback and updates to customers and the IS team regarding projects, activities and needs, and partners with assigned departments to support departmental technology activities.
The Systems Analyst is accountable for project planning and coordination activities to include project meeting scheduling, issue management, communication plans, and supporting cross-functional project teams. Works with organization stakeholders and project team to balance competing requirements and constraints as related to scope, time, budget and quality for the projects.
