Job summary

Third Space is seeking a Clinical Interviewer to be the primary clinical evaluator for providers joining the practice. You will conduct high-volume, structured interviews of behavioral health clinicians, using standardized scorecards to assess judgment, treatment planning, and cultural responsiveness.

You will collaborate with Clinical Talent Recruiters and the Clinical Director to refine interview frameworks and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral-health license in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of post-licensure behavioral-health clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment across diagnosis, treatment planning, risk assessment, ethics, and boundaries.
• Experience supervising, training, interviewing, mentoring, or evaluating clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume, structured clinical interviews with behavioral health clinician candidates.
• Assess clinical reasoning, diagnostic approach, treatment planning, risk assessment, and communication.
• Use case- and scenario-based questions to understand practical application of clinical knowledge.
• Evaluate candidates against standardized scorecards and provide evidence-based hiring recommendations.
• Calibrate interviewing standards with the Clinical Director and maintain consistency across candidates.
• Document interview findings promptly to accelerate recruiting decisions.
• Support development of interview rubrics, scoring, and hiring criteria.
