Job summary

Memorial Community Health Inc. seeks a clinical informatics professional to manage data and support computerized healthcare systems. You will help design and implement IT solutions to improve clinical practice and patient care.

Responsibilities include training staff, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while assisting in regulatory surveys and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and 2 years of clinical direct patient care OR Licensed Practical Nurse license and 5 years of direct patient care.
• Two (2) years previous technology experience in EMR, Microsoft, and Excel.
• Two (2) years or more experience in Quality Management including quality reporting and data-driven performance improvement.
• Experience in a small or rural healthcare organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of computerized healthcare systems.
• Support performance improvement programs and CQI activities across the organization.
• Provide education to medical staff, departmental staff and Governing Body as needed.
• Facilitate regulatory surveys and assist with committee preparations as required.
