The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in clinical settings, and 2+ years in health informatics, with strong Epic and Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation practices.
• Ability to analyze workflows and recommend informatics-based improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 office products.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics, Epic Reporting Tools and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical informatics support to clinicians across assigned facilities.
• Resolve moderate to complex EHR‑related issues and serve as subject matter resource for workflows.
• Participate in enterprise projects, system upgrades, testing cycles, and go‑live events.
• Act as a clinical informatics liaison to nursing, providers, front office, and other clinicians.
• Promote adoption and consistent use of documentation standards and decision support tools.
• Collaborate with training teams and vendors for role-based education and workflow reinforcement.
• Support workflow validation, redesign and optimization to improve efficiency and safety.
• Partner with clinical leaders to evaluate optimization requests and support system changes.
• Provide informatics support across inpatient, ambulatory, procedural, and virtual care settings.
• Mentor informatics advocates and support teams.
