Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical and Health Informaticist to challenge the status quo of the healthcare experience through informatics. You will analyze workflows, design functionality for clinical applications, and participate in HIT implementation, training, and process improvement across the system.

You will liaise with clinicians and IT teams, apply informatics fundamentals to projects, and observe workflows across facilities to support care delivery and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of workflows in a healthcare system.
• Experience engaging providers, nurses and clinicians through presentation and communication.
• Experience applying informatics fundamentals to impact quality and safety.
• Experience leading informatics project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business and clinical caregivers to build productive relationships.
• Support workflow analysis and design for clinical applications.
