Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills required.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Healthcare IT experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment meetings exploring system capabilities with customers.
• Create and maintain user requirements and system configuration docs.
• Review design and confirm facility layout with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan system design changes.
• Develop and modify system configurator to reflect assessment results.
• Adhere to customer policy for governance and change management.
• Develop and display customer performance metrics using platforms.
• Research baseline assessments of customers’ integrated systems.
• Support continuous improvement through discovery, analysis and recommendations.
