Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and ongoing support of clinical software used in EHR across locations.
• Acts as liaison between clinicians and IT for workflow customization and issue resolution.
• Provides training for staff on current software and new features.
• Maintains data confidentiality and supports security practices.
