• Schedule and facilitate meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work plans, and documentation.
• Support communication among investigators, staff, and external partners.
• Assist with study materials, participant coordination, and literature reviews.
• Track progress, deliverables, and grant/report deadlines; manage references.
• Monitor compliance requirements (IRB submissions, trainings).
• Process purchase orders and invoices as needed.
